{"id":14,"date":"2017-05-22T18:33:39","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T16:33:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/padani.eu\/english\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2019-04-07T10:30:46","modified_gmt":"2019-04-07T08:30:46","slug":"rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/padani.eu\/english\/rules\/","title":{"rendered":"Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Rules of the competition \u201cPetrohradsk\u00e9 pad\u00e1n\u00ed\u201d<\/h2>\n<h4>Course of the Event<\/h4>\n<p><b>1.<\/b> Every competitor will get the guidebook of this area. The competition is run only on the boulders published in the guide. Only the registered person can participate in the competition.<\/p>\n<h4>Main Competition<\/h4>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> During the Main Competition, the points are summed up from the 8 most difficult boulders climbed by the particular competitor. If there is more than one variation (in the guidebook marked with one letter), only the points from the most difficult variation are counted.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.<\/b> Every competitor fills in the registration form by himself\/herself (Don\u2019t forget your whole name!!), then he\/her totals the final amount of points from the 8 most difficult boulders and put the total number into the summary table. Results are controlled by the organizer randomly. Any intentional cheating can lead to disqualification, responsible person in this case is Petr Resch.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.<\/b> This competition runs in 4 categories : men, women, older children (age 13-16), younger children (age up to 13). Follow a \u201cJanuary the 1st\u201d rule to settle the age of your child (if he\/she is turning 11 in February, he\/she is registred in \u201eup to 10\u201c category).<\/p>\n<p><b>5.<\/b> The Main Competition ends on Saturday evening. The filled-in registration form has to be handed over on the site of the registration at <strong>7pm<\/strong> the latest (there\u2019s a box installed).<\/p>\n<h4>Secondary competition (\u201cThe Collector\u201d)<\/h4>\n<p><b>6.<\/b> The competitors try to climb as many boulders as possible no matter how difficult they are. The minimum for men is 50 boulders with at lest difficulty 5A, for women 40 with at least difficulty 4 . Results are recorded by competitors themselfs.<\/p>\n<p><b>7.<\/b> The Secondary Competition ends on Saturday evening. The filled-in registration form has to be handed over on the site of the registration at 7pm the latest (there\u2019s a box installed).<\/p>\n<p><b>8.<\/b> There are no children\u2018s categories in the Secondary Competition, only men\u2019s and women\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h4>General Rules<\/h4>\n<p><b>9.<\/b> Sitting start (SD in the guide) means always back touch with the pad, all the holds under the horizontal arrow can be used, if unclear it\u2019s marked with a point.<\/p>\n<p><b>10.<\/b> Holding start (CH) means start from the mandatory hold (marked on the rock or in the guide). The starting position is obligatory (standing, kneeling, etc\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><b>11.<\/b> Every competitor has to bring his\/her spotter or ask the organiser (this rule doesn\u2019t have to be so strict but we want do maximum for your safety!!)<\/p>\n<p><b>12.<\/b> For rock\u2018s maintenance toothbrushes or wire brushes can be used. If any hold is damaged during the competition, it doesn\u2019t change anything (no matter if it makes the boulder easier or more difficult). Exeptions can be made by the main referee.<\/p>\n<p><b>13.<\/b> It is forbidden to climb with the use of pof, damaging trees and other harmful behavior towards the nature. All the garbage has to be taken away with you.<\/p>\n<h4>Children\u2019s climbing<\/h4>\n<p><b>14.<\/b> An adult person accompanying the children (parents, coach, etc.) is responsible for their safety.<\/p>\n<p><b>15.<\/b> Children have to follow the same rules for starting the problems as the adult climbers. If they cannot reach the starting holds from the ground, they can build a \u201cpyramid\u201d from the bouldering pads (e.g.), it is not allowed to lift them from the ground by anybody.
